Owing to his passion for the sport, Ajarn Laem found his purpose in imparting the art of Muay Thai to all who are interested.

While he started coaching in the rural countryside of Ubon Ratchathani, he was quickly recognised for his elite coaching style and technical knowledge, and invited to coach in the city where he continued to train many amateur and professional fighters to victory.

Ajarn Laem coached at multiple world class gyms in countries such as Germany, China, Italy, and France, and worked with many prominent martial artists such as:
